There may be a slight flaw in the product for which their lifespan has been reduced. Other may just be a problem with the coloring of a fabric or the metal and while they are expected to perform flawlessly, they do not meet the company’s standards for their top line merchandise.

Buying used merchandise may make some products available much cheaper than even deep discount camping equipment, but the safety and quality must be examined closely, as there will not usually be a guarantee.
